President
Vintage Foster worked for two decades in the newspaper industry, as a reporter, editor and editorial writer at The Charlotte Observer and The Detroit Free Press, and as Publisher and CEO of the East Bay Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. In 2007 he founded the marketing and communications firm, AMF Media Group.
His entrepreneurial approach to business resulted in two of the nation's most noted turnarounds for business journal newspapers, and has enabled him to achieve a 125% annual growth rate for AMF. Foster is also Chairman and Founder of The Bay Area Leadership Foundation which provides scholarships and mentoring to economically disadvantaged students.
LaTonya Lawson
Director of Client Services
Lawson manages creative direction and strategic development at AMF Media Group. She is integral to ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded for all of AMF's service lines, including marketing, public relations, internal communications, graphic design, multimedia, website design, video production, and event planning. Lawson is creative, results-oriented, and has a strong track record of branding success.
Lawson started her 23-year career at Macy's as a copywriter and received promotions to Executive Copy Director, Creative Director, Director of New Media, and Vice President of New Media, Campaign Planning and Broadcast. She has twice received Retail Advertising Conference (RAC) awards for Creativity and Innovation for her work on multimedia event campaigns. Additionally, her customer loyalty campaign delivered such consistent double-digit customer response rates that it was expanded from the West Division to all of Macy's divisions. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the East Bay Agency for Children. Lawson graduated from California State University, Hayward in 1981, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication.
Larry Hancock
Director of Brand Strategy and New Media
Larry Hancock is a seasoned marketing executive with more than15 years of increasing responsibility. He has worked on both the agency and corporate side. Larry is in charge of New Media Strategy at AMF. Larry has created and implemented highly profitable marketing programs for national, regional and retail clients. He's done so through integrated marketing channels including traditional, digital, direct, experiential and promotions. He has worked in the automotive, financial services, insurance, packaged goods and telecommunications industries.
His client portfolio includes but is not limited to Bank of America, Cingular, Disney, Frito-Lay, GM and Pacific Bell. Prior to joining AMF Larry was with OTR Consulting and served as a Senior Vice President, Group Account Director for Carol H. Williams Advertising. He was the youngest SVP in the agency's history. Larry began his marketing career with the Golden State Warriors.
Mike Clinebell
Communications Manager
Mike Clinebell is an experienced communications leader who has worked in corporate communications, public relations and journalism. Mike oversees public relations and written content at AMF Media Group. His public relations work includes the account lead for the BCCI Construction campaign awarded the 2010 Bronze Anvil Merit Award for Business-to-Business Media Relations by the Public Relations Society of America-San Francisco Chapter.
Prior to joining AMF and serving corporate clients, Mike worked as an English teacher and then as a journalist for nearly 10 years including Business Editor at the Reno Gazette-Journal in Nevada and Assistant Editor for the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal where oversaw clean technology and venture capital coverage.
Rick Smith
Video & Multimedia Manager
For more than 25 years, Rick Smith has produced Broadcast, Film and New Media in the Bay Area with proven expertise in all phases of video production, creative project management and solid relationship building across this fast paced industry. As an award-winning producer, director-camera and editor (Avid certified), his experience in commercial, long form programming, corporate business television, and corporate events, he is well-experienced and well-prepared to bring your company's message to life.
Rick founded Cre8tiv Werks, a San Francisco –based film and commercial production company in 2008, and merged with AMF Media Group in 2010. At AMF, Rick leads a skilled team who works seamlessly with the client, cast and logistical support to orchestrate the creative development of each production from the seed of an idea to fruition. Rick and his team are credited with creating successful and effective commercials, magazine-style long-form programs, corporate business communications, and documentaries for a list of Fortune 500 clients that include CNN, CNBC, Apple, Toyota USA, GMC and Nestlé.
Frank Lambetecchio
Design Services Manager
Frank leads the design team at AMF Media Group, overseeing web, electronic, print and multi-media design services. Frank has worked with top brands including Hotwire.com, Organic bouquet.com and Macy's. Prior to AMF, Frank was graphic designer for an ad agency side, a corporate in-house agency and a design consultant. He was on the team that launched webvan.com.
Frank's work has received notable acclaim having won a RAC (Retail Advertising Conference) bronze award for multi-media design in 2004. Frank is well versed in consumer marketing design as well as B-2-B. His sophisticated and impactful design solutions are certain to get your message noticed.
Jacqueline Porter
Events Manager
Jacque Porter has worked in communications, advertising and special events for more than two decades. Applying her craft as the senior event planner for Eckerstrom Productions, she also worked for Bay Area publications including the San Francisco Chronicle, Contra Costa Newspapers and This Week Magazine.
Jacque oversees the events division at AMF Media Group. Her work includes serving as the lead producer for Jamba Juice and the HP – Agilent team's annual leadership conference. In addition, she produced the IPO Runway Conference for NASDAQ and Pillsbury Winthrop.
Prior to joining AMF, she managed large scale events including the Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival where she also served as President of the Walnut Festival Association.
