Alina serves as an Operations Manager for AMF’s Team Services group. She oversees the backend of projects and ensures a smooth process for our clients and partnered consultants. Alina serves as the go-to point of contact for clients, manages revenues, and coordinates project funding and deadlines. She also analyzes and improves daily flow of operations for an efficient and convenient workflow for everyone on the team. She is in the process of earning an MBA from San Jose State University.
