Role Summary
- Drive advertising sales revenue and new client acquisition
- Manage sales pipeline through prospecting, pre-call planning, needs analysis and new business presentations
- Deliver against set new business meetings goals each month and deliver against quarterly sales goals
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Provide accurate and timely pipeline, sales, and bookings forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and retention

- BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 10+ professional experience working at an agency, consulting firm or in the field of advertising or marketing. At least 5 years in a new business role
- Demonstrate solid professional relationships with business owners, marketing directors, networking groups, and the community
- Phenomenal presentation skills that bring data and analytics to life, including ability to understand and leverage data to support clients
- Exercise excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Maintain and grow working knowledge of digital media products such as Digital Display Advertising, Social Media, E-mail Marketing, Web Design, Content Production and more
- Work successfully both independently and in a team
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM and screen share technology
