Skaha Hills


Skaha Hills, a master-planned community in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, needed to attract new home purchase intenders in a highly competitive online marketplace. AMF was there to develop the ‘marketing engine’ from scratch, including website, social platforms, mobile development, creative and campaign strategy combining online with offline (traditional) placements.


AMF generated thousands of verified registrations, quickly selling out Phases I, II and III of the project, and creating a wait-list for the Phase IV’s launch in 2019. 19 homes were sold on opening day and 47 homes within the first two months of marketing, significantly ahead of projected timelines.
