As Senior Strategic People Partner, Summer oversees talent management, development and retention for AMF. She is passionate about aligning people’s talent to the overall aims of an organization. In her previous jobs, she successfully served as a change agent, restructuring distribution of roles and the organizational hierarchy to align with business objectives. Prior to human resources, Summer worked in politics ranging from political campaigns and lobbying firms. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
