Project Overview


A Fortune 500 leader was undergoing a large-scale acquisition which required complex change-management communications. Transparency and engagement were critical to ensure a successful transition and integration.


AMF’s Strategic Consulting Services’ M&A expert developed and delivered a comprehensive change-management plan that included:

  • Communications about the acquisition, including business rationale, key timelines and the potential impact on stakeholders
  • Training for designated co-company leads to drive adoption of new systems, processes and roles resulting from the acquisition
  • Programs to improve employee engagement and integration, including a buddy system, newsletter and surveys conducted throughout the process

The client received excellent survey results on employee satisfaction, support and overall training. Employee engagement was high and minimized performance disruption and employee turnover. The company now has a repeatable process and playbook for future M&A activity.
