Project Overview
Situation
Our client implemented a mandatory return-to-office policy for all employees while simultaneously undergoing a company-wide reduction in force. They needed an expert to develop the communications for these important changes, as well as update their intranet to ensure open and transparent communication and employee engagement.
Approach
Our consultant’s deep background in employee change communications was invaluable. They created powerful communications for key executives and leaders. In addition, they revamped the intranet homepage and provided training to cross-functional departments on how to best create and amplify compelling intranet content. They also monitored employee engagement and generated impactful reporting.
Outcome
The AMF consultant made such an impact that the client hired them as a full-time employee less than six months into the project.
