Situation
Our client, a senior executive communications director for a Fortune 500 hybrid cloud storage company, was responsible for CEO and senior executive communications. With a new CFO recently tapped to be a company spokesperson, the workload wasn’t sustainable.
Approach
Our executive communications consultant developed a comprehensive comms plan for the CFO. It included employee messaging, all-hands meetings, sales kickoffs, customer and industry articles and speeches, and thought leadership articles in top-tier outlets.
Outcome
Due to the successful outcome of the communications implementation, the CFO gained market visibility and received the company’s highest speaker ratings. Based on that success, other senior executives requested similar communications support.
