Verde Ranch RV Resort, a new, modern and on-trend destination by Contemporary Resorts and Residences, is boutique enough to accommodate guest needs, is inclusive of all travelers and is differentiated by its casually luxurious amenities. However, the brand was not well-known and was opening within a mildly saturated market.
AMF Media Group helped launch the resort with a website, brand assets and all collateral. PR and marketing strategies were built to increase awareness, consideration and conversion and drive repeat visitors.
Through PR tactics used to build brand awareness, AMF secured two national travel awards for Verde Ranch RV: USA Today’s 10Best and Outdoorsy’s No. 1 Luxury RV Resort in Arizona. Five social media influencers were brought in, generating additional coverage for the destination.
